RESEARCH
The primary objective of user interviews for MuseumsGo project was to gather insights into users' needs, preferences, and challenges when searching for museums and purchasing tickets online. Through interviews, I aim to uncover pain points in the user journey, such as difficulties in finding museum information or navigating the ticket-buying process.
DEFINE AND IDEATE
I used the "How Might We" method to ideate and explore a wide range of potential solutions. This approach encouraged collaborative brainstorming, ensuring that all ideas were considered as possible solutions, fostering creativity and teamwork in the process.
USABILITY STUDY
The goal of user testing is to identify the specific challenges users face when searching for museums or events, reserving spots, and purchasing tickets on the website. We aim to uncover pain points in the search, booking, and navigation processes to improve overall user experience.
